Being a Conceirge Medical Center physician will allow you to limit the size of your practice to a few hundred patients in order to provide the best medical care possible. You will have the time to provide a thorough annual physical to each of your patients who value your expertise. When combined with the early detection of thorough exams and the annual physical you can:

• set each of the patients under your care on the road to their optimal health

If selected, you will be affiliated with a number of experienced and exceptional physicians who value treating the whole patient and love being able to provide the very finest medical care to each individual. You will also be affiliated with a network of referral and second opinion experts, the likes of which few practicing physicians could ever develop in a lifetime of work on their own. And all this while maintaining your current level of ownership and freedom in your practice.

Concierge Medical Centers offer a comprehensive suite of services that cater to the customized needs of the individual patient. In addition to the expert level of medical care provided by each physician, most Concierge Medical Center members are entitled to all of the following features and benefits. These services are paid for by the annual fee and do not require any additional payment.

Unrestricted Exam Times
Spend as much time with your physician as needed regarding any medical or other issue on which you need consult.

Flu and Other Vaccinations
Access to all routine vaccinations.

Travel Medical Services
Review of your travel itinerary, arrangement for necessary vaccinations and access to relevant clinical information.

Electronic Patient Files
Receive your medical history in the electronic format of your choice; flash drive, disc or mini-disc.

Certified Nutritionist
Work directly with a certified nutritionist to create a perfect dietary plan that meets your lifestyle, medical and historical background.

Patient Appointment Log (PAL)
Following each visit, you will receive an e-mail containing key points from your appointment such as your next appointment date, prescription changes, instructions, etc.

Same Day Appointments
Your physician will make every effort to see you on the same day of your emergency.

24/7 Total Access
Each patient has 24/7 access to their physician, by email, cell or office phone.

Patient Care Center
In addition to having access to your own physician, you will also have access to a team of medical and administrative professionals. This single point of contact is available to help you via phone or e-mail with a wide variety of questions, issue resolutions and more.

Personal Doctor
Unlike multi-doctor practices where patients get shuffled back and forth among physicians, you will see the same doctor every single time. Your doctor will take the time to get to know you, your conditions, your lifestyle and your preferences.

Total Experience
A great deal of time and care is put into the patient experience at all Concierge Medical Centers locations. We want patients to feel comfortable and at ease while you are seeing your physician. The offices are designed more like open air spas than traditional patient waiting rooms.

Total Health Check
You will automatically be scheduled for an Annual Health Check which includes a comprehensive physical.
